What is your dream location to say "I Do"?

~ Ideally to begin planning your Elopement you need to pick a date and location you want to travel to. It’s all about what you want for your entire adventure/experience and images; are you a beach type (Hawaii, Maldives, Tahiti, etc), explore a wild environment (Iceland, Africa, Alaska, etc), are you all about exotic luxury (France, Italy, Hawaii, Vegas, etc). Are you relax and snuggle people, or do you prefer to adventure and experience once-in-a-lifetime memories?

Wherever you choose, I have a passport and I am there with my cameras strapped on and a vision for an incredible destination Elopement experience! ;)

First Step | Choose your destination

This really depends on how much you plan to do and would like documented on your adventure. At minimum I need to be there 3 days to allow for potential travel delays in my arrival (you don't want me flying in the day of and possibly miss your nuptials), but I often recommend a few more

3-4 days - This allows for me to have a cushion day before your big day so that delays in travel do not affect you or I don't miss something important. I also can offer a Day-After Adventure Session in your destination that may not have been accessible on your Elopement day. This is perfect for small elopements.

5-7 days - Still allows for my cushion day but also allows us to have a bigger adventure all over the destination you chose. Maybe a mini engagement session while we are there before the elopement day and then a mutli-day elopement and all the adventures you want. My camera will be with me the whole time capturing all the moments!!

*NOTE: All-Inclusive resorts in Mexico, Cuba, DR, etc typically require that I be a guest at the resort if you are going to have me shoot your destination wedding so I will need to book a 4 day or 7 day package at your resort.

* How long do we need a photographer?

~ i highly recommend not choosing times like Christmas, Spring Break or a popular holiday in your destination location as travel will be busy and subject to more frustrations as well locations to get married and take photos will be swamped with tourists making it much less private and enjoyable for you as a couple.

Most resort photographers are not equipped with professional gear or may not match your style plus their packages will not encompass your whole trip.

My packages include the entire time you book to have me in your location and shooting every day - never miss a moment or adventure (limited shooting each day)
You get to build a relationship with me and trust me that's so important to capturing authentic, natural moments and all that defines your love story
You know what you are getting from me; you've seen my portfolio and know exactly what you are getting from me, you may not from a photographer in your location and resort photographers are especially tricky with quality. style, and value.
I lived the nightmare - I have crap for photos after assuming the resort photographer would be amazing and I was SO WRONG! They are awful and I regret not bringing one along with us; YOU DONT WANT REGRET!
