My work is experience-led, flexible, and grounded in real moments — not rigid timelines or heavily staged imagery. If you’re looking for something honest, intentional, and a little wild, you’re probably in the right place.

I focus on elopements and intimate, experience-led days rather than large, traditional weddings.

If you’re planning a big guest list, formal timeline, and highly structured day, I may not be the best fit — and that’s okay. I want you to have the photographer who suits your vision best.

I’m based in Southern Alberta and work throughout Alberta and British Columbia, as well as select, fun destination locations. Adventure elopements and sessions often involve travel, and I’m comfortable working in remote or changing environments — my passport is ready, and I’m always open to going where the experience makes sense.

No — and intentionally so.
I’m not a full planner or a year-in-advance, spreadsheet-driven type of photographer. Instead, I help with location guidance, realistic timing, and logistics that actually matter, while leaving room for flexibility.
Adventure rarely follows a script, and my approach is built to adapt.

I’ll help you:

narrow down locations
choose timing that works with light, access, and conditions
build a loose, realistic framework for the day

What I don’t do is micromanage every detail or lock things into an inflexible schedule months in advance. This works best for people who trust the process and value experience over control.

Weather, access, and conditions can shift quickly — especially in wild places. I build plans that allow for pivots without panic, whether that means adjusting timing, changing locations, or leaning into something unexpected.
Flexibility is part of the experience.

Yes — in most cases.
Pete is my partner in life and my second shooter, and he’s typically part of elopements and adventure-heavy or multi-location days. Having him there allows us to move more easily, cover things more smoothly, and keep the overall flow calm.

ADVENTURE ELOPEMENTS

An adventure elopement is a wedding day without the traditional structure — often involving wild locations, movement, flexibility, and a focus on experience over performance.
This can include hiking, exploring, helicopter access, or simply choosing a quiet, meaningful place that feels right to you.

Yes. I’ll guide you toward locations that align with your vision, season, comfort level, and logistics — not just what looks good on Instagram.
I prioritize places that allow for a calm, meaningful experience rather than crowds or unnecessary stress.

Yes. Helicopter access is available for select elopements and couples sessions, depending on location and conditions.
I’ll help guide what’s realistic and appropriate, and helicopters are booked, by myself, directly through licensed operators I trust.

COUPLES ADVENTURE SESSIONS

No.
Couples adventure sessions are for everything that isn’t a wedding — engagements, anniversaries, or just because.
If you’re exchanging vows or planning a ceremony, that falls under an elopement experience instead.

They’re relaxed, movement-based, and experience-led.
You’ll be guided when needed, but there’s plenty of space to walk, explore, talk, and just be yourselves. These sessions are about connection — not performing for the camera

Yes — as an optional upgrade.
For couples who feel drawn to it, my horses can be included in a calm, respectful, ground-based way. No riding experience is required, and safety and consent (for both humans and horses) always come first.

EQUINE SESSIONS

I offer horse & rider sessions, at-liberty work, and fine art equine portraits.
These sessions are slow, intuitive, and built around the relationship between horse and human — not forcing poses or moments.

Yes.
Some portrait and maternity sessions offer an optional upgrade to include my horses, for clients who feel drawn to them but don’t own their own.

MATERNITY

My maternity work leans intimate, body-forward, and a little bold.
Think bare skin, movement, texture, and imagery that celebrates your body rather than hiding it. It’s more boudoir-inspired than traditional, without feeling staged or performative.

I have a curated client closet with pieces designed to be belly-baring, expressive, and comfortable, so you don’t have to stress about what to wear.

Yes — as an optional upgrade.
This is approached calmly and respectfully, with no experience required. It’s a meaningful addition for those who feel called to it, but never an expectation.

Image counts vary depending on the experience and length of coverage. I focus on delivering a complete, intentional gallery, not hitting a specific number.
Quality and storytelling always come first.

My editing style is moody, grounded, and true to the environment.
I don’t aim for overly bright, trendy, or heavily retouched imagery. If you’re drawn to honest tones, texture, and emotion, we’ll likely align well.

No.
I edit with care and intention, but I don’t reshape bodies or remove what makes you human. The goal is to reflect how the moment felt — not to create a version of you that doesn’t exist.

Delivery timelines vary by season and workload, and are always outlined in your contract.
I don’t rush the work at the expense of quality, and I appreciate patience from clients who value thoughtful, intentional editing.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Part of my job is helping you sort through what makes sense — without pressure or upselling.

Not every photographer is right for every person, and fit matters. I’d rather you choose someone who aligns fully with your vision than force something that doesn’t feel right.
